8. 참고 : The seminars will focus on the latest regulatory and technical considerations relating to the pre-clinical safety testing of biopharmaceutical products.

Sessions will discuss the characterisation of cell lines used to produce various biotech products, including monoclonals and r-proteins produced from mammalian cell lines, gene therapy products and cell/tissue-engineered products. Other sessions will focus on current techniques used to investigate the viral safety of biotechnology products; an overview of the planning and design of viral clearance studies and a look at the current and emerging issues of regulatory concern which should be considered during the design of a biologics safety testing strategy. All the sessions will be put into the context of the requirements of the global Regulatory Authorities.
