Bio Marketing Lab is spearheading a marketing standard in the biopharma industry and specialized in content marketing. We are looking for a qualified Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our clients reform and improve their marketing strategies and campaign. And you will take a part in our teamwork for providing customized marketing solutions to our clients.
In addition, you will undertake and manage projects on behalf of the client’s business when it lacks resources, ideas, or motives to perform them in-house. To be successful in this role, a candidate should have experience or background in marketing programs in the bio & healthcare industry. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist to plan, organize, and manage business projects for clients
- Based on clients’ requirements, work on projects related to recruiting, payroll, production, budgeting, promotional campaigns, etc.
- Communicate with and meet with clients when needed
- Support to perform initial assessments for each client before the project begins
- Collect as much information about the client’s business as possible
- Assist to perform research using shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.
- Constantly recommend solutions for improvement
- Support to determine the project’s KPIs
- Track KPIs and prepare reports
- Update our websites as needed

|
- More than 5 years of experience as a business consultant or marketing role in the pharmaceutical industry
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of diverse business areas and fields such as Marketing, Sales, MSL, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Biology, or relevant field
